Burnt out?

STRESS FATIGUE LACK OF CONCENTRATION LETHARGY

Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands. Affected people often feel rejected, report increased fatigue and exhaustion, difficulty motivating themselves, concentration problems, overstraining and increased stress perception. They complain of nervousness and are no longer able to perform or fulfil their previous performance and position.

Neurofeedback can prevent against stress and burnout or as therapy for existing burnout.

Extensive research has shown that Neurofeedback is an effective option for children and adults with difficulties such as concentration problems, hyperactivity, depression, anxiety and sleep disorders.
